Things
to Consider when Designing/Ordering Your Business Package...
-
Standard
quantities are: 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000, 10,000 ...
-
The
total cost on 1000 cards, envelopes, or letterhead is typically only
dollars more than 500.
-
Quantities
under 500 usually cost the same as the 500 price. If
you design utilizes three (3) or more colors, consider Full Color or 4/C
business cards. They are often less expensive than three (3) spot
colors and your color choices are limitless.
-
Does your office staff write lots of letters?
How about some extra "blank" second pages for those long letters
that will match your letterhead!
-
Tight budget? Consider utilizing a one (1)
color design on your envelopes.
-
Need envelopes both with and without windows for your
mailings? Consider a "split" on your envelope order, some
with windows for statements and invoices and some without for company
letters and the like.
-
Does your company use bulk mailings? Consider
printing your postal bulk imprint at the same time as your logo for a
substantial savings!
-
Consider utilizing a screen or tint on your
letterhead and/or envelopes. A "ghost image" or printed
watermark in the
background of a letter is particularly classy and unique.
-
Remember,
your business printing is often what creates the first impression and
often a lasting impression for both you
and your company. How do you wish to be perceived?
